Corcovado Beach Lodge - Puerto Jimenez

The lodge is located right on the beach, offering stunning views of the calm and beautiful sea. the cabins are comfortable and spacious, with access to a large balcony where you can enjoy your meals. the staff is friendly and accommodating, making you feel at home. Plus, there are kayaks available to use, allowing you to explore the nearby lagoon and beach.

One drawback is the limited availability of amenities during low seasons, such as breakfast and dinner options.

the bungalows at this lodge are incredibly spacious and comfortable, with a perfect king size bed. the abundance of windows fills the room with natural light, which is great for early risers. In the mornings, you're greeted by the sight and sound of wild macaws flying around, creating a truly unique and romantic atmosphere. the lodge even provides two ocean kayaks to use for free. the location is ideal, with the beach right in front of the bungalows, and several restaurants and the town within a short walk. The staff at the lodge were incredibly helpful and attentive, making the stay even more enjoyable. Cons: Everything was fantastic! 😄.

the property exceeded my expectations. the beachfront location was breathtaking, and the breakfast area facing the sea was a great start to the day. the cozy bungalows provided a comfortable stay with enough room for two people.

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful beachfront hotel in Puerto Jimenez. The value for money was great, and the room was comfortable and cozy. The location was perfect, with amazing views of the ocean right from my room. The staff were friendly and treated me kindly, making my stay enjoyable. The hotel itself was fine, with a variety of birds, iguanas, and even a snake to interact with. I can't wait to go back and experience it all again!

Spacious property with 3 double beds and a large balcony. Cooking facilities and utensils provided. Friendly staff and a later checkout time. Great location near the beach with beautiful grounds.

Had a fantastic new year's stay at a beachfront lodge. The location was perfect, with stunning views of the ocean and easy access to the beach. The birdwatching opportunities were amazing, with a diverse range of bird species in the area. the lodge offered a boat tour where we got to see dolphins swimming alongside, making it an unforgettable experience.

That the nearest cashpoint was quite far, which meant long and dusty walks to withdraw cash. It would have been more convenient if there was an ATM closer to the lodge.

Diverse bird life, private cabins, proximity to the beach, sociable breakfast with fresh fruit, boat tour with dolphins.

The location of the lodge is great as it is close to the beach and within walking distance of restaurants and amenities. the bungalows are spacious and comfortable, with large windows that provide lots of natural light. the beds are king-size and perfect for a good night's sleep. there are free ocean kayaks available to use, allowing for a fun and adventurous time at the nearby beach.

Our stay at the lodge was fantastic! The location was perfect, right on the beach and just a short walk from town. The room was clean, spacious, and had a breathtaking view of the ocean. We loved being able to hear the sound of the waves as we fell asleep. The kitchen facilities were top-notch, allowing us to prepare our own meals comfortably. Exploring the lagoon nearby was an incredible experience, although we had to be cautious because of the crocodiles. The lodge also provided ocean kayaks for guests, which was a fun bonus!

our recent stay in puerto jimenez was great, but corcovado beach lodge exceeded our expectations! the owner was super friendly and took great care of our car and belongings. the lodge is right by the beach and the rooms were simple yet clean. the bar on site was also really lovely and made for a great night or two!

The cabins were comfortable and clean, and the location was great. We were able to see amazing wildlife right outside our door, including aras, iguanas, and even dolphins in the ocean. The hotel is also conveniently located near the city center but still manages to be quiet and peaceful. We loved being able to take the kayaks out to explore the mangroves and river mouth. the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.

There were a few drawbacks to our stay. The lack of hot water in the cabins was a disappointment, especially given the high humidity and temperatures.

I had an really good stay at this hidden paradise right on the beach. The hotel is surrounded by amazing wildlife and offers kayaks to explore the river and mangroves. The staff, Rose and Thomas, were helpful and warm. The breakfast with fresh fruit bowls and scrambled eggs was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic getaway.

the separate cabins were cozy and well-built with beautiful wood. rose, the helpful host, provided us with transport and activity information. tom and rosa were excellent guides, showing us animals and providing knowledgeable explanations. the nearby seafood restaurant, accessible via the beach, was a highlight.

The beachfront location offers stunning ocean views and a perfect place to relax. the tiki bar area is great for socializing and meeting new people. the manager was accommodating and allowed early check-in. Restaurants and bars are conveniently located nearby.
